Epic Sandwich Tray

Chicken Salad & Croissants, Turkey-Pesto Ciabatta, Bacon & Tomato, literally every sandwich you can think of, all on this gigantic sandwich tray.

My husband bought me this board for my birthday. If you don't follow the Reluctant Entertainer, you should stop reading this, go follow her and then come back for this post. She is one of my all-time favorites. When I posted this board on Instagram and tagged her, she actually updated her story with my photo. I was soo star-struck!!

I made this tray for an office party we had for my boss on his birthday. When you work with people as awesome as my office crew, you really want to put in the extra effort on their special days. I truly am blessed to work with people who treat me like family.

The trick to presenting food on these bigger boards is to leave no space empty. That's easy to do when you're trying to fit the ingredients for 8+ different types of sandwiches on one tray! If you want to give one of these a try, just think about every ingredient you'd ever need for a specific recipe, and then add more...ha! I'll give you the list of ingredients I used, but you can make one of these boards for your favorite sandwiches, too.

  • Croissants

  • Ciabatta Bread

  • Turkey

  • Salami

  • Ham

  • Roast Beef

  • Mozzarella Cheese

  • Cheddar Cheese

  • American Cheese

  • Pepper-Jack Cheese

  • Blue Cheese

Condiments & Extras

I wanted my coworkers to be able to create whatever sandwich they wanted, so I included all of the classic condiments you'd find on a sandwich board + a few additional options I felt would make this tray extra special.

  • Stone Ground Mustard

  • Mayonnaise

  • Pesto

  • Olives

  • Pickles

  • Lettuce

  • Tomato

  • Bacon

  • Sweet Peppers

  • Baby Carrots

  • Celery

  • Veggie Dip

The secret to these massive boards is that there are no secrets--ha! Truly, you get to make each and every board your own and include all of your favorite things to eat. I hope this helps inspire you to try creating your own masterpiece, and if you do, be sure to tag me on Instagram or Facebook @GallowayGrazes so I can see what you come up with!
