With wild dandelion flowers foraged from the meadows around Blake Hill and heritage variety rhubarb, this preserve is a perfect balance of sweet and tart with unique floral and honey notes.  A combination reminiscent of a beautiful spring day in the fields.


A delicious glaze over roasted root vegetables such as carrots and parsnips. Elevates the black pepper of a cornish hen dish. Gives a simple vanilla ice cream an extraordinary twist.
